The girl who did my hair didn't know what she was doing. I went in for highlight touch-up and a trim. She ended up dying my whole head different shades of white and gold, then had to ask the manager what to do to fix it (which didn't turn out to be much better). She wouldn't turn me to the mirror to see what she was doing. She also trimmed my bangs way wrong from what I had asked her because she parted my hair in the wrong place. I got home and cried for the rest of the day.
